Order Confirmation
Your order is finally confirmed once you made a deposit or full payment to the bank account of invoice confirmed.
Order Cancellation
Orders placed to Sanch cannot be canceled once we has already started the production. We will not refund your deposit paid for related order.
Production and Shipping
Sanch will only arrange production and shipping when customer's payment has actually been in our bank account. We will not arrange production or shipping based on a bank slip or notice from customer. However, a notice from customer regarding when and how the payment is made could help us accelerate the process of your order. Shipping time can only be counted from the day we received your payment.
Return and Refund Policy
We don't provide return or refund for dislike or any other reason except an approved quality problem. On the other hand, claims on the quality will be carefully accepted.
Payment Methods and Currency
We currently accept wire transfer (T/T) and L/C at sight payments.
Currency we can receive: USD,Euro, RMB/Yuan
Bank Accounts
We have a few bank accounts with different banks. The final account is subject to the invoice confirmed. However, if there is anything about the payment, account and so on to be changed, we will confirm with you by phone or video. If there is only by email, but no phone or video,pls don't make any reaction.

1.What products are available with your company?
We are professional in R&D and producing sanitary wares, like shower cabins, shower enclosures, shower panels, LED mirrors, bathroom cabinets and the relative bathroom products. We supply full range of relative bathroom products.
2.Is your company the factory or trading company?
Our company has our own production facilities in the country side of Hangzhou city, and the sales center in the downtown of Xiaoshan district. We have very strong R&D team and strict QC team, which guarantees the most stable quality for all products. We try our best to offer the most competitive price, high quality and best service.
3.What's your MOQ? (Minimum Order Quantity)?
No MOQ for sample. Sample fee would be returned from the mass order after sampling.
Generally, our MOQ is 30 pieces for each mode/dimension.
If you need a small quantity order, we advise you to place an order of 10 cubic meters, which will save some charge from shipping. We accept orders with mixed models.
If you only want to buy one piece or less than 10 pieces, we will quote you EXW price. You can arrange your Chinese shipping agent to pick up the goods from our factory, or let us ship the goods to your agent's warehouse. Please contact our professional sales team to negotiate more details.
4.How is your quality?
With over 16 years of manufacturing experience, we have a complete process of Quality Control system from selection of raw materials to the final testing of finished products, to make sure all our delivered items are in compliant with international quality standards.
Our QC team is active in inspection of raw materials, in-process QC and final QC to all batches of products to make sure all delivered items are qualified with international standards.
Not only our QC team but also our whole experienced production team are the most reliable assurance for the guaranteed quality. Quality-is-life is deep in our mind, running to all parts of our body through the blood, which always reminds us to work properly and carefully on the products.
5.What is your terms of payment? What is your leading time?
Our regular payment terms is 30% by T/T as deposit for production, and 70% by T/T before loading but after inspection.
Relevant photos of finished products will be provided before requesting for your balance payment.
Regular leading time is from 55 days, depending on the quantity of your order. Urgent order can be finished in 30 days.
Paid samples are provided, and the sample fee will be refunded from the batch order. Due to the limit of package dimension, the best way is to delivery by ship or share your container in your other Chinese suppliers.
Our heavy-duty package is strong enough for overseas shipping, the 5-layer carton box and plywood packing we use are export standard.
For massage bathtubs, Wooden case will be added outside.
If need pallets, it's available too. The pallets will be charged extra because packing by pallets take cost on materials and labors.
7.Do you provide OEM /ODM service?
Yes, both OEM and ODM services are available from us. We can help you with your product R&D, customized package design, Logo printing, etc. After order confirmed, related designs will be sent you for confirmation.
8.What are your terms for being your sole agent or distributor?
